Set up and operation ofentire dishroom, including all ware-washing equipment andprocesses including but not limited to dish machine, pot washers, scraping stations, accumulator, ReuseMore containers and all other associated equipment. Notify supervisor of malfunctioning equipment Fill milkurns,icebins,watercoolersandchangesoda/beveragetanks whenneeded Responsible for sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, andmopping floors throughout thefacility when needed oras assigned Daily cleaning of all equipment and areas as assigned Cleanexhausthoods,including filters,whennecessary orassigned Assistwithinfirmarycart Assistwithproperreceiving andstorageofallfood and non-food items Assistwith delivery,setup,andstaffingofcateredevents as assigned If assignedtotheSpa,alsoresponsibleforstocking beerandwine Filtergreasedailyasassigned Assistinbleaching dishesandburnishingsilver, washingwalls,ceilings andbaseboards Interactwithcustomersinacourteousandfriendlymanner Performcustodial-typework ifassigned within thedininghallsandSpa Abilitytosetup,clean,andoperateallnecessaryequipment Extraduties incleaningandfoodpreparation maybeassignedbyasupervisor Abilitytospeakandlisteneffectivelywithsupervisors,customers,andemployeesoftheCollege Maintainademonstratedinterestinlearning newideas Abilitytospeakandlisteneffectivelyandrespectfullywithsupervisors,customers,andemployeesoftheCollege Maintainanappropriateimageanddress Establishandmaintain ahighlevel of customerservice QUALIFICATIONS To perform thisjobsuccessfully, anindividual must be ableto perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.
