We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support to our clients while driving retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all personal lines insurance needs.
Policy Management: Oversee the processing and renewal of personal lines insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Needs Assessment: Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide recommendations on coverage options to ensure they have appropriate protection.
Claims Support: Assist clients with claims processing, providing guidance and support throughout the claims experience.
Sales and Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services to enhance client portfolios and increase revenue.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, products, and competitor offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other team members to facilitate smooth policy issuance and service delivery.
Compliance: Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance or related field.
Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license in NC
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized insurance solutions.
