Service Advisor - Springdale - Military Veterans

Our Springdale, AR dealership is looking for a new Service Advisor.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide the best customer service in the industry to our visitors
  • Act as customer's main point of contact
  • Work closely with the parts and service personnel to coordinate parts, labor, and sublet of needed repairs
  • Deliver service-related needs to customers in a timely manner
  • Open work orders
  • Prepare for closing of retail and warranty jobs
  • Collaborate with a great team
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations with Parts and/or Service
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment and professionalism to customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Two years of experience in Parts and/or Service support role at an Automotive, Equipment or Heavy Truck Dealership is required.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with computers and software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs
  • Understanding of the terminology used for the truck/equipment business and keeping abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work well within a team environment
  • Valid driver's license with clean MVR
