AID is looking for a CMMS Manager to work in St. Louis, MO. The CMMS Manager is a full-time, on-site position and "on- call" to support for CMMS systems and other troubleshooting after normal duty hours. The CMMS Manager shall have at least 10 years of CMMS experience generating, maintaining, and building CMMS entries. Applicant must provide details regarding their experience with ARCHIBUS or a similar enterprise CMMS system. CMMS experience needs to be on a facility similar to the size and complexity of the current NGA facility. Applicant must be aware and able to apply world class maintenance techniques and practices to the system being built and operated for the site. Responsibilities
- Enters equipment data and records into ARCHIBUS. Link Equipment operations and maintenance manuals to the
- Creates preventive maintenance workorder records. Create records that have step by step instructions for the workorder tasks. Sets up the workorder interval for the equipment
- Is able to navigate and correct existing preventive maintenance workorders
- Creates reports and analyze workorder performance data
- Is capable of programming changes and implementing new system functionality as needed
- Able to generate barcode labels for equipment from the ARCHIBUS system
- Able to link documents to the ARCHIBUS equipment. Items like Operations and maintenance manuals or service reports will be set up to access from a link in ARCHIBUS
- Has a working knowledge of work class maintenance programs. Able to apply world class principles to the preventive workorder system being built for the NGA
- Perform all other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have completed technical training or an Associate’s degree in a technical / engineering-related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ building automation service experience. ARCHIBUS system training a plus
- Experience with 500K sq ft or greater facilities
- Must be able to be on call to respond to issues
- Possess a valid state driver’s license and a good driving record
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to understand and have working knowledge of hazardous, safety, and environmental warnings
- General knowledge of all maintenance and construction trades
- Possess or able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with eligibility to access Sensitive Compartmented Information
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility to access Sensitive Compartmented Information
- Experience with a LEED Certified Building that meets current “High Performance” standards
- Experience with Tridium Niagara Building Automation Systems
