Employment Type: Permanent Faculty Vacancy ID: FAC0005280 Salary Range: Dependent on qualifications Position Summary/Description: The School of Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill invites applications for a position in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship starting July 1, 2025. This full-time 12-month position will be appointed for a three-year term, with the potential to renew for additional terms. The candidate will teach nine courses per calendar year over the fall, spring and summer semesters including courses where they mentor students as they complete their final projects. The candidate may teach courses in face-to-face, online, and/or blended formats and courses will be offered through the Master of Arts in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship ( MEITE ) program and/or other relevant programs in the School of Education. The candidate will also (a) develop graduates courses for MEITE and related programs based on need and current trends in educational innovation and technology; (b) contribute to the ongoing development of the MEITE program; actively recruit students in both digital and face-to-face contexts; (d) develop relationships in the Research Triangle that have symbiotic benefits for the MEITE program and the partnering organizations, (e) support strategic initiatives across the School and campus; and (f) provide leadership and service at the local, state, and national levels.
