What You'll Do:
Calculate and distribute employee wages and benefits accurately.
Prepare and post payroll data, ensuring all deductions and taxes are correct.
Create reports for government agencies and manage employee benefit programs.
Communicate clearly with employees about their compensation and benefits.
Review and resolve any payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist with employee onboarding and maintain accurate payroll records.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Familiarity with payroll and HR software (like QuickBooks, ADP, and Excel).
A background in HR practices, payroll, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication skills to help support our team.
