Hours of Operation: 8am to 7pm (8-hour shift)
Pay rate: $22 to $24/hr.
Start: 10/21/24- 3/21/25

• Potential for extension and temp to perm

AppleOne Fort Worth is partnered with great companies that are seeking motivated Escrow Assistants - offering pay up to $24/hr., sometimes more depending on the opportunity!

Seeking candidates with 2-3 years' experience looking to get their foot in the door at a reputable organization.

Duties:

• Provides support to Curative and Closing departments by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to refinance transactions.

• Work directly with clients and their borrowers to cure title related items such as judgements, tax liens. Prepare and review of documents for closing transactions.

• Efficiently communicate requirements and other information to clients as needed.

• Overtime is typically 1 hour daily as needed, based on volume.

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• MS Office Suite

Individuals with Escrow and Mortgage experience are highly encouraged to apply.
