Salary: $70K - $80K (depending on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships within the demountable walls market. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and coordinate project execution with field personnel and support staff. Your ability to manage the entire sales process and ensure project success will be essential to our continued growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Work with commercial furniture dealers, general contractors, government entities, and other clients to identify opportunities for demountable wall solutions based on their space division and design needs.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the estimating department to create and present compelling proposals that demonstrate the benefits of our products and projects.
Project Management: Oversee the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring seamless coordination with the estimating and installation teams, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring project profitability.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads, developing strategies to convert them into sales opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting: Handle all necessary paperwork, including job assignments, accounting, production, and personnel support, while ensuring proper documentation for billing and project closeout.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.

Minimum Position Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the construction or architectural products industry.
Sales Track Record: Proven ability to exceed sales goals and build strong client relationships.
Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of demountable wall systems and their applications.
Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with team members.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to occasionally lift items weighing over 20 lbs.
