Summary:

The Senior Marketing Coordinator, working closely with both the National Strategic Growth and Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Officer, will be responsible for assisting on executing the full scope of marketing and growth initiatives for the West region from event management, strategic direction, content creation, data analytics and regular reporting to leadership on results.

This individual will aid advisors and other regional leaders in seeking and creating new business development opportunities. They will also be an important member of the team in building the firm’s reputation with the purpose of enhancing growth of the Firm. As the Senior Marketing Coordinator for the West region, they will help represent the brand and serve as the main marketing contact for their assigned region. The job responsibilities will evolve as business needs change.

Through their actions, this individual will actively help aid in enhancing Wealthspire West’s overall brand awareness, our public relations efforts, our community relationships, our thought leadership presence, and our social media reach. They will help create awareness of the firm’s activities, specialties and unique points of view on topics of current interest, while working on other aspects of our marketing programs and positioning.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with Strategic Growth and Marketing Manager and other leaders across the West region to understand local landscape and help create appropriate strategies for growth and lead generation.

  • Brainstorm and organize West region events for clients, centers of influence and prospects.

  • Coordinate with greater marketing team and external vendors to execute various campaigns and fulfill advisor requests.

  • Serve as a centralized regional resource for staff in providing training on marketing functions, strategies, and resources, working with marketing team to curate educational resources.

  • Work with regional staff to fulfill client communication, gifting, and engagement needs.

  • Track success of local marketing plans and individual campaigns with support of marketing team in identifying key metrics.

  • Collaborate and help identify unique campaign opportunities and developing materials and messaging appropriate to key audiences.

  • Work with external vendors to provide client event support across the region.

Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally with specific experience as a coordinator on a small team.

  • Track record of assisting build tailored marketing plans across geographies or target audiences.

  • Experience with various marketing functions including email marketing, social media management, and material design to produce comprehensive support to local office teams.

  • Experience with creation of client or stakeholder communications, preferably via email.

  • Additional Experience (Not Required, but a Plus)

  • Previous experience with ownership of multiple complex campaigns under tight deadlines.

  • Experience either with corporate branding or graphic design.

  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Experience in the Wealth Management Industry.

  • 15% travel is required for this position.

Our PeopleFirst culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees because, at the end of the day, we exist to be there for others. The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $85,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
