Senior Construction Project Manager - Military Veterans

As a Senior Construction Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing geothermal and electrification projects in the Minneapolis, MN area. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of geothermal and electrification projects, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

The salary range for this position is ($105,000-$130,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage geothermal, and electrification projects from initiation to completion

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met

  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders



YOU MUST HAVE


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management

  • Hands on experience with geothermal systems or electrification and project management methodologies

  • Ability to work self-reliantly and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • MS Office experience

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.

  • OSHA 30 certification

  • Experience in managing complex construction projects

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
