Job Description
COMPETITIVE PAY: $20-$25/Hr (Based On Experience)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attic Remover to join our team. As an Attic Remover, you will be responsible for safely remove insulation, debris, and unwanted items from attics and other duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assess attic spaces for hazards and report issues (e.g., mold, structural damage).
- Properly dispose of materials according to local regulations.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members about project progress and any concerns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in demolition, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
