Business Analyst (100% On-Site) - Military Veterans

IT Department is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for an approximate 6-week role to help document business needs, develop requirements, and create business operations documentation and training materials.

***THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE ROLE IN VENTURA, CA***
Please do not apply if you cannot work on-site daily during the course of the assignment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in e-Commerce or application development analysis and will be adept at leading business process analysis sessions. Strong communication and documentation skills are required, as well as the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify and recommend solutions for complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements. Lead and facilitate business process analysis sessions.
Develop process models using Visio and create clear business documentation.
Write and organize detailed business operations documentation and training materials using MS Word.
Analyze and recommend solutions for complex business challenges in the context of e-Commerce or application development. alignment between business needs and IT solutions by building consensus across multiple stakeholders.
Work closely with the IT and project teams to ensure project requirements are met within the project timeline.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in e-Commerce or application development environments.
Strong expertise in business process modeling using Visio.
Proficiency in creating business documentation and training materials with MS Word. Demonstrated ability to elicit business requirements, build consensus, and recommend actionable solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and deliver results within a short timeframe.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in agile development environments.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
