Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Santa Barbara - Goleta
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM/ 6am-2pm
Salary: $17 - $21 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Santa Barbara - Goleta area. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling of products from receipt to shipment. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, offering competitive pay based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and restocking
Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
