Job Summary
The Busser is responsible for clearing, cleaning and setting tables in a restaurant setting and running food to tables and staying in communication with the Servers and Kitchen to ensure serice in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Works closely with Servers and Kitchen staff.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- F&B experience is helpful.
- Oral communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clears dish or glassware from tables during service.
- Cleans and sets tables in between guests.
- Maintains cleanliness of the dining area.
- Stocks service areas and assists waitstaff as needed.
- Delivers food to guests and may assists with any requests.
