Trainee Contract Administrator (UAE National)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Trainee Contract Administrator (UAE National) to join our team! In this role you will get to assist our team in the administration of prime contracts and sub-contracts typical to the engineering industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide support in the preparation, review, and negotiation of prime contracts with our clients.

• Provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the life of the contract.

• Provide support on the procurement, tendering and post contract administration of sub-consultants.

• Provide support on the compilation of tender documents for the delivery of capital projects to procurement stage ensuring compliance with client requirements.

• Assist in the management of contract deliverables and reporting including drafting of contractual correspondence to the client and or sub-consultants.

• Provide contract performance information including management of change control process.

• Assist in administration of variations and extension of time claims in line with the prime and sub-contracts.

• Assist in the prompt submittal and completeness of valuations and coordinate with clients’ finance / accounts teams to resolve payment issues reported.

• Assist in the preparation of final accounts with all supporting documentation for both prime and sub-contracts.

• Assist in the day-to-day project administration functions where required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or law from a reputable university.

• Ideally 1 year experience in a related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Enthusiastic, hardworking, proactive, ambitious, and confident.

• Only UAE National would be considered for this role.
