Compensation: $80K - $90K

Join our dynamic team in the food and beverage industry! We’re seeking a Creative, Outgoing, and Goal-Oriented Marketing Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about developing impactful marketing strategies.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
3-5 years of marketing experience with proven success in developing, executing, and analyzing campaigns
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Experience with Salesforce, Hootsuite, mobile apps, and META is a plus
Experience in franchise marketing or agency experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Research and oversee the design and development of new consumer merchandise
Lead national and local social media efforts, refining strategies and creating monthly guides
Drive our email marketing campaigns and analyze their performance
Assist with website management and maintenance as needed
Conduct market and field research to inform strategy
Schedule and execute events and photoshoots as required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives
