SIGINT Data Analyst - Senior - Military Veterans

Torch Technologies is seeking candidates to provide technical SIGINT data analysis in support of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) missions. In this role, candidates will analyze and assess foreign threat weapon systems with an emphasis on processing, evaluating, and analyzing SIGINT data. Candidates will work closely as part of a small mixed government/contractor team and collaborate with Intelligence Community (IC), industry, and mission partners in using technical SIGINT data to assess system performance, features, and technology developments pertaining to foreign radar and missile systems. Candidates will
• Accumulate, catalogue, and report on SIGINT data
• Process, interpret, and analyze raw data into usable information for analysis
• Develop software algorithms and routines to advance analysis capabilities
• Work closely with small teams to advance the understanding of system designs
• Support collaborative working group meetings

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in data processing, defensive weapon systems and performance analysis related to radars, missiles, and their supporting components. Preferred candidates will have experience using MATLAB software environment and have experience with one or more of the following
• Analysis of technical SIGINT data
• All-source SA&TI data analysis to include SIGINT
• Analysis of surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems
• Characterization of foreign missile threats
• Characterization of foreign radar systems

Job Requirements

B.S. degree or better in engineering, computer science, math, physics or another technical discipline from an accredited university is required. Preferred candidate will have experience supporting the IC. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have
• Over 10 years of experience in tech SIGINT, radar analysis, or missile system analysis
• TS/SCI/poly security clearance
• Experience with MATLAB
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work in a diverse multi-disciplinary group
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
