The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical expertise in Unified Communications (UC) and collaboration technologies.
- Work closely with other team members to design, implement, and optimize UC solutions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security specialists, and system architects.
- Assessing client needs, recommending architecture improvements, and ensuring seamless communication across domains.
- Specialize in UC technologies such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Webex.
- Supervises the UC Engineers in O&M, Innovation, and special projects across the program and provides guidance on uniquely challenging issues in UC .
- Assists in the day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain UC systems.
- Work together to deliver reliable and efficient communication services.
- Assists and advises the UCEs, network engineers, and cyber security experts on voice and video communications solutions.
- Advises on projects related to UC, video conferencing, instant messaging, and presence.
- Ensures that communication tools are integrated seamlessly and meet security requirements.
- Expert in Unified communications, Collaboration design, Edge services, Endpoints and user management, Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Integration
- Focus on designing and optimizing network infrastructure across different security domains.
- Address challenges related to data flow, security policies, and interoperability.
- Cross-domain network architects work closely with UCEs to align UC solutions with overall network architecture.

- Cisco Certified Internet Expert(CCIE) Collaboration certificate
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification: Security+ CE certification or equivalent Windows 10 certification - MCSA or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MDAA)
Clearance Required:
- Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 15 years of Experience
Preferred:
- Deep understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Proficiency in Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) or Enterprise (UCCE)
- CCNP Collaboration
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, QoS, and MPLS
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, particularly in relation to voice and video integration
- Experience with voice gateways, SIP trunks, and ISDN circuits
- Expertise in call control protocols (SIP, SCCP, H.323)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
