Data Clerk - Military Veterans

STS Technical Services is hiring a Data Clerk to join our team in Melbourne, Florida. This role involves performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including document preparation, information recording, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft administrative, statistical, and narrative reports as needed.
  


• Schedule appointments, manage incoming calls, and handle minor administrative tasks.
  


• Coordinate and implement conferences, committee meetings, and other special events.
  


• Maintain an organized and professional workspace.
  


• Foster positive interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and clients.
  


• Assist with program operations and special projects as required.
  
  

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  
  

Experience:

• 1-3 years of basic administrative or clerical experience.
  


• Experience with the Quantum ERP system is required.
  
  

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet browsing, and email systems.
  


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  


• Capable of learning and applying new information quickly within the functional area.
  


• Ability to operate general office machines and telephone systems.
  


• Demonstrates cooperative teamwork and positive interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work safely and professionally while adhering to OSHA, EPA, State, and Federal regulations.
