Responsibilities
Manufacturing Projects- Develop and implement production processes and documentation improvement projects aligned to OPEX.- Improve and streamline WH components area (colorant, valves, liners and additives) - Analyze and implement advanced manufacturing techniques.- Work with engineering product development teams on design for manufacturability and testability.- Direct the preparation of process failure modes and effects analyis documents.- Develop processes for new production introductions into the manufacturing environment.- Organize and lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.- Review staffing designs and make recommendations to improve design, reduce cost, or increase production efficiency.- Determine engineering hours and project costs to provide project estimates used in the development of quotes.- Confer with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
Project Support-Lend expertise and aid as needed to the Manufacturing Teams.-Participate in regular meetings.-Complete special projects as required. -Coordinate and implement all 6S activities and training sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelors Engineer
Industrial Engineer experiece preferred
Proficient with MS Office
