Job Description:

****To qualify for this role, you must be able to deploy and be on long-term assignment on Kwajalein Island in the Marshall Islands.

General Summary:

We are seeking a COSA Foreman to join the Parsons team based in the Marshall Islands for the. This role will work with logistics, marshal the storage area, manage laborers, and do minor construction of storage facilities.  Parsons has built a reputation for service, quality, and reliability in the Marshall Islands. Job Description:

  • Coordinating procurement orders.
  • Accurately input project expenses and receipts.
  • Manage the receipt of shipments and coordinate their timely delivery to job sites, aligning with project schedules and requirements.
  • Assist the logistic team in handling administrative tasks, including inventory supplies and maintenance of organized records.
  • Monitor the ordering, acquisition, and tracking of materials
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within both construction and office operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
  • Highly organized, can multi-task, adept at problem-solving, and love to find creative solutions to improve efficiencies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and ability to create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders and clients.
  • Must have a valid Class driver’s license. 
  • Must be able to effectively follow and give directions. 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

  • OSHA Safety 30-Hour Certification or able to obtain.
  • 6 years overall experience minimum with at least 5 years in the field or similar.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physically must be able to lift up to 75 pounds to overhead position.
  • Must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. 
  • Able to work dayshift or nightshift. 
  • Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather condition.
  • Ability to Relocate: Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.

$0.00 - $1,500,000.00
