Technology Analyst - US - Military Veterans

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Alpharetta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with one or more of the following products: SCCM, MECM and OR Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, or 3rd party Mobile Device and/or Application Management (MDM/MAM) technologies.
- Knowledge in application packaging, SCCM, Windows 10 updates, MEM configuration & task sequence is good to have

- Experience articulating to customers why the cloud and Windows 10, Office 365, and EM+S is an added advantage
- Should help customers to deploy, configure and adopt the Microsoft Edge with Chromium browser, using Microsoft Endpoint Manager for deployment and configuration.
- Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Analyze the existing landscape and design Windows Evergreen and Image Management in customer environment.
- Capable to bring innovations, process improvements that improves overall efficiencies.
- Submit weekly reports and participate in status meetings / project governance calls.
- Monitor the rollouts and serve as primary point of contact for any issues or escalations
