About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Information Security Analyst, to lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) Line of Defense engagements and leverage their risk/governance expertise to shape positive outcomes. This resource will also develop, implement, and execute reporting to highlight ongoing activities across all IAM lines of defense. This role partners with multiple stakeholders within Cybersecurity, Technology, and multiple lines of business. You will have a direct impact on protecting sensitive information ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and team building skills along with the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
In this role, you will:
- Provide oversight to the Information Security program for a major line of business
- Consult with line of business on the consistent implementation of the enterprise information security model and solutions to remediate information security risks
- Ensure that risks to all information assets are being managed in a timely and effective manner to meet the Information Security Program requirements and the current threat landscape
- Ensure information security capabilities are included in all aspects of the company's technology architecture
- Proactively manage the information security risk profile of line of business information assets throughout the lifecycle of the asset
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategies
- Ensure the team has the necessary training and is keeping abreast of regulatory and compliance issues
- Engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of risk/governance within technology, specifically IAM experience
- 4+ years of leading audit engagements across multiple lines of business experience
- Must possess excellent communication and team building skills that drive decisioning in a complex technical landscape
- Must possess the ability to flex across all lines of defense activities and adapt quickly to a changing environment
- Model and influence others to adopt a self-serve approach to gaining knowledge and proactively share with others
- Experience producing and maintaining consumable artifacts that drive on-time project completion, process adherence and executive-level reporting
- Advanced knowledge in MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
