Job Description
The Distributed Implementation Analyst Associate supports various internal and external teams, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and meets aggressive and dynamic timelines. We are looking for someone to analyze data provided by customers and Group Purchasing Organizations in a variety of formats and convert that data into actionable information. This individual will interact with senior leaders and be responsible for the pricing implementation of new prime vendor customers with Medline.
Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate all pricing activities , reporting, and policies related to your open projects to ensure it is on schedule.
- Interact with the vendor community and coordinate efforts with Sales, Implementation, GPO's, and the customer to align expected contract pricing.
- Lead and manage pricing calls for new prime vendor Hospitals and their pricing team.
- Lead pricing execution & maintenance, drive rebate efficiency, and be the primary contact for Pricing topics in their open projects.
- Communicate pricing gaps or challenges to the customer and internal business partners.
- Escalate appropriately and devise a plan for issue resolution with management assistance.
- Provide process enhancements to management to contribute towards Medline's innovation goals.
- Adapt and overcome challenges to meet the customer's expectations and project deadlines.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience providing customer service or contract & pricing experience.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong executive level communication skills, written and spoken
- Experience collaborating with internal resources and external resources.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Results driven individual with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, graphs and charts).
Preferred Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
- At least 2 years of experience providing customer service or contract & pricing experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to logically evaluate information, identify issues and draw conclusions.
- Experience finding creative solutions to solve problems.
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel.

The current MedTrans fleet is comprised of semi trucks, box trucks and cargo vans to accommodate large and small deliveries.
