The Role:

W e are seeking an energetic, innovative and experienced Manufacturing Site Leader with proven success managing a multi-manufacturing cells organization. This role will lead Hangzhou manufacturing site in support of our goals to become the strategic differentiated supplier to the world's and most demanding filtration and life sciences companies. The ideal candidate for this highly visible position will have demonstrated expertise managing a fast paced , complex manufacturing organization, supporting the worlds most advanced global industries, with superior quality and supply expectations.

In this role you will:

• Execute the cross divisional operational strategy, ensuring long term optimal capacity and world class performance.
  

• Cultivate a culture of commitment to safety excellence, while ensuring responsible and disciplined operations within the plant, ensuring compliance with legal and environmental safety standards
  

• Lead the overall site operations team to delivery key annual performance metrics and initiatives to meet safety, quality, throughput, delivery and financial commitments.
  

• Manage and develop a high performing operations leadership team.
  

• Work effectively and collaboratively across functions locally and globally, to ensure optimal customer supply, product performance and financial results.
  

• Support new product transitions and ramps and manage the associated advanced manufacturing and automated process control systems, to ensure statistically capable products.
  

• Build a culture of operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma tools and methodologies to create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, including the demonstrated use of SPC tools and processes.
  

• Bachelor's degree in E ngineering / Operations Management with an advanced degree in Business or Management preferred .
  

• 15+ years manufacturing or operations experience, with continuously increasing responsibility and oversight; international experience a plus
  

• Global Operational expertise and demonstrated success in a large-scale polymeric material application equipment or component , life sciences, chemicals or diverse manufacturing organization .
  

• Manufacturing experience with both continuous and discrete processes; high mix and low volume, high volume and low mix products; hazardous and dangerous raw materials and products; new product ramps
  

• Collaborative leader who solicits ideas from groups beyond own area; considers impact of decisions on other functions/regions.
  

• Creative problem solver encourages appropriate risk taking by team. Leads with tenacity and humility. Lean Six Sigma certification, CSCP or any certificates related supply chain preferred.
  

• Customer centric - takes personal ownership for customer related issues and effectively guides teams on appropriate resolution .
  

• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin capabilities .
  

• Project management experience managing capacity expansion investments .
  

• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred .
  

• Knowledge of the polymeric materials / life sciences / advanced manufacturing industry is a plus .
