As a Senior Channel Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for driving revenue growth, guiding sales initiatives, and developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives in the Fire Protection business. This role involves managing sales teams, fostering customer relationships, and expanding market share in alignment with the company's growth targets.

You will report directly to our Director of Sales and you will work remotely based in the Houston, Texas area.

In this role, you will have a transformative impact on the company's sales strategies in the Fire Protection business. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth, optimizing channel performance, and cultivating strong customer relationships. By devising and executing robust sales strategies, you will shape the company's sales trajectory and influence its market performance and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments, guide efforts to acquire new customers and increase market share
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, penetrate markets, and expand the customer base
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and sales pipeline, driving accountability and ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets
Continuously refine and improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct market research, gather competitor insights, and stay updated with industry trends to inform sales strategies

YOU MUST HAVE

Proven experience of at least 8 years in channel sales or related roles
Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and sales pipeline management
