As a Senior Technician, you'll play a crucial role in leading field technicians, ensuring the safety and functionality of industrial hoists and cranes at customer locations.

You will travel to the customer's operations daily to troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes. Your role extends beyond technical expertise, you'll train and mentor field technicians, perform OSHA-required inspections, and communicate effectively with service and branch managers. Your recommendations to customers will contribute to improving their services, and your commitment to maintaining equipment in safe working order will ensure the success of our 24/7 service company. The travel for this role is almost entirely daily, home at night. Exceptions are larger projects and a rotation of on-call availability.
To thrive in this role, you should have significant experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair experience. Experience in cranes or hoists is ideal but optional as the company takes their ongoing training very seriously. Whatever you do not have in experience now will be developed to help you maximize your potential. A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and basic computer skills are essential.
