Service Clerk - Military Veterans

Essential Duties
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Answer service phones and direct customers to Service Supervisors
- Calculate and post time cards to work orders and submit time for payroll
- Reconcile service department P-card purchases
- Code service department payables and process
- Maintain work orders
- Post labor allocations
- Add any outside labor/parts sales purchased outside of 4 Rivers
- Mail and file service invoices
- Maintain store DOT driver and equipment files
- Track and maintain service department safety training
- File state required AST (above ground storage) ullage logs and inspections
- Report county required sand/oil manifest logs
- Track and setup new service PM contracts with JDLink and accounting
- Submit new construction equipment PDI setup forms to John Deere
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Clerical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to multi task
- Business casual dress code
Physical Effort: Must be able to sit and type for the majority of a workday.
