DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Assembly – Commercial - XP to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Oshkosh, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensuring Safety : By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you will help maintain a safe working environment for everyone.
- Promoting Health Standards : Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards ensures compliance with HSE standards and promotes a culture of safety.
- Maintaining Quality : Following standard work processes and quality procedures, and performing quality inspections, you will help minimize costs and prevent quality issues.
- Efficient Production : Operating manual and automated equipment to meet production goals and maintaining the required cycle time ensures that customer expectations are met.
- Environmental Responsibility : Recognizing how your work impacts the environment and working to minimize negative effects contributes to sustainable practices.
- Team Collaboration : Communicating effectively with your team and support staff fosters a collaborative environment, enhancing overall productivity and problem-solving.
- Continuous Improvement : Participating in training and personal development, and actively seeking ways to improve quality, safety, and processes, ensures ongoing growth and efficiency.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance : Keeping your work area clean and orderly, and performing routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks, helps maintain a smooth and efficient production process.

Education/Experience
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Minimal or no work experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information
- 2nd shift position; 3:30 p.m. – Midnight; Monday - Friday
- XP position (Extra Person) - Will be utilized wherever needs (Assembly line(s), booth build, sub-assembly)
- Heavy assembly experience would be preferred, but not required.
- Familiar with torque tooling and wrenches.
- Forklift experience preferred but will train.
