Position Summary: The department is establishing a pool of applicants to fill potential part-time temporary teaching positions. Major Responsibilities: Clinical supervision of graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in on- and off-campus practicum. Clinical experiences include screenings, diagnostics, and therapy. Demonstrate a broad range of clinical experiences across the lifespan. Assessment and intervention experiences should include the following: AAC , autism, voice, fluency, aphasia, adult communication disorders, early childhood and school-age speech and language disorders. Demonstrate strong clinical writing skills. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and professional skills with students, clients, families, colleagues and other professionals. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology or its equivalent. American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's ( ASHA ) Certificate of Clinical Competence ( CCC ) in speech-language pathology. New York State License in Speech-Language Pathology. Three years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology. At least 2 CEUs in Supervision prior to start date. Preferred Qualifications: Clinical supervisory experience Evidence of a commitment to promoting a diverse academic environment.
