Inventory Clerk- Auto Parts Experience - Military Veterans

Job Summary: The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of our auto parts inventory. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically handling auto parts, and must possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, stock, and manage inventory of auto parts and supplies. Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all inventory transactions. Track and manage incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain an organized and clean warehouse or stockroom. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits. Identify and report discrepancies or stock shortages. Assist in placing orders and restocking parts as needed. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to track shipments. Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure timely delivery of parts. Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels.

Qualifications: Previous experience working with auto parts is required. Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role. Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to lift and move heavy auto parts as needed. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
