The Office of Admission seeks an Assistant/Senior Assistant Director of Admission to recruit and enroll students to graduate and professional level programs on our Worcester, Manchester, and Online campuses. The Assistant/Senior Assistant Director will work with students through continued engagement and guidance, as well as establish relationships with institutional partners to meet enrollment goals. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with the opportunity to work remote part of the week. The ideal candidate would work in our Manchester, NH Office 2 days per week with occasional responsibilities and travel to our Worcester Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Advise students, parents, and institutional partners on admission into a variety of programs at MCPHS throughout the application cycle Take a creative approach to enrollment through strategy, educating prospective students on benefits and differentiators of their program and an education at MCPHS Become familiar with all transfer and graduate offerings and assist admission colleagues responsible for those populations with aspects of recruitment when necessary Conduct extensive outbound calling, email, and texting campaigns at various stages of the application cycle Review application credentials for applicants from a variety of programs, and become familiar with pre-requisite and admission requirements for all transfer and graduate programs Conduct Information Sessions, appointments, and tours, in-person and virtually, for various populations interested in transfer and graduate programs Identify and establish professional connections with new and existing partners locally and nationally, and travel as needed Assist with recruitment events for prospective students Other related duties as assigned by the Director of Admission Contributes to sustaining and enhancing an inclusive working and learning environment Required: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years experience in admission, higher education, or related field Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate and market programs across all campuses Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and meet deadlines Ability to thrive in a customer service role Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed A valid drivers license Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

Physical Requirements: Standing, sitting, manual dexterity, ability to move between offices and buildings Must have the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone Must be able to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure Must be able to be physically in attendance at designated worksite during scheduled work hours and to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to travel at various times of the year locally and nationally.
