About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a HR Product Operations Analyst, to join our HR Product Operations team and play a crucial role in supporting the optimization and execution of HR processes and tools. In this role, you will leverage your deep analytical skills and expertise to identify , define and drive improvement to both process initiatives and Product offering with the end goal of improving the employee HR experience across the HR ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Process Documentation & Optimization: Document existing HR Product processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
- Product Operations Support /Tool Enablement : Collaborate with HR product managers to support the development, launch, and maintenance of HR products and tools, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR product operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Project Management: Independently manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives .
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR tools and processes across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and take initiative to implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of product operations experience
Desired Qualifications:
- A track record of experience in Product Operations within Technology or Technology Adjacent field.
- Extensive experience with process documentation and optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile processes, routines, tools and deliverables
- Strong knowledge and experience with Process and Business analytics tools.
- Experience aligning, defining and delivering to Segment OKRs
- History of taking an active role in defining, setting and tracking KPIs, assuring those metrics align with greater company objectives and strategic goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in Jira, with experience in managing complex workflows and configurations.
- Knowledge of HR (organization, frequently employed tools, industry challenges and opportunities)
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A track record of "product mindset", focusing on ownership, value delivery, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of independently driving projects to successful completion.
- Certifications in project management, product management, data science/analytics specific to HR
Job Expectations:
- Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity within one of the following Wells Fargo locations Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; or Dallas, TX.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
