This Bilingual Spanish Case Manager - Personal Injury Position Features:

• Medical (50%), Dental (100%), Vision (100%), 10 PTO, Paid Parking, 401K, WFH 1 day out of the week


• Pay: $25-$40 hourly/ $52K-$83K

Personal Injury - Case Manager (Bilingual Spanish is a must)
Hours: 8:30-5:00 Case Manager (Personal Injury a must) with 3+ years of experience must be able to handle a Pre-litigation file from A-Z with little to no supervision

Professional customer/client relationship going above and beyond Able to work with a team Ability to manage case files autonomously (up to 120+ pre-lit personal injury cases at a time)

Must understand the Injury Claims process and have a basic knowledge of Medical Terminology Growing personal injury firm provides: An investment in technology and processes for our team A challenging, fast paced, and interesting case load.

Your duties will include initial and ongoing client contact, requesting medical records, scheduling medical appointments, managing client's medical care, opening/closing files, calendaring events, resolving PD and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files to submit to demand writers, and overall quality client care.
