Expected salary range of $127,800 to $142,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Principal Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness is well versed in HR's strategic and operational objectives and provides expert support of internal communication and Project Management expertise needed to drive progress towards these outcomes. Areas of responsibility for this role include HR communications, project management of enterprise-wide initiatives, oversight of and sustaining changes put in motion, and ambassador of change management plans including development and execution. This position plays a significant role in helping instill and drive changes, building and increasing capabilities, and strengthening cross functional engagement within HR. Works independently, with little guidance in complex situations. Oversees major initiatives via committee. Reports to Sr Manager, Organizational Effectiveness.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Lead and/or project manage high profile HR projects; drive strategic initiatives. (e.g., engagement survey, employee listening campaign and HR All Hands conference.)

  • Partner with Principal Project Manager to develop implement project management (PMO) activities including change management and communication activities for HR leads and initiatives. Train others in HR on PMO guidance and standards.

  • Develop and execute HR communication and engagement activities. (e.g., HR Teams site, HR Bulletin, HR office hours, monthly CHRO messages and special announcements, community service events, lead on annual HR All Hands meeting coordination/event planning, etc.)

  • Identify and address opportunities to enhance efficiency across the HR organization.

  • Execute special projects to support HRLT and CHRO. Serve as backup for Chief of Staff.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors' Degree in Organization Development or Behavior, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related subject area.

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of change management and experience with successfully implementing change initiatives.

  • Outstanding consultative, critical thinking and analytic skills with ability to understand and adopt stakeholder perspectives.

  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously; attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy; ability to thrive in dynamic, fast paced environment.

  • Demonstrated success in independently leading large projects and providing guidance to project teams as PM.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate change and confident conducting presentations for all types of audiences and levels.

  • High standards for customer service and the ability to collaborate, build effective working relationships and facilitate communication across the organization.

  • Works across and closely with various positions throughout HR and other departments and Centers of Excellence to provide expertise on launching and managing valuable and transformational projects; identifies and institutes change management plans to ensure organization readiness and sustainability of changes.

  • Forward thinking and enthusiastic project manager and change agent.

  • Remains current on industry perspective, relevant updates, and benchmarking knowledge.

  • Attuned to organization direction, needs and challenges related to priorities. Drives action to address needs related to communication and knowledge management.

  • Advanced experience successfully managing projects.

  • Advanced Communication experience.

  • Ability to work autonomously setting and meeting deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity.
