Lockheed Martin F-35 Production Programs Program Management Office is seeking a staff for Integration and Project Management. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for project and program management, who enjoys leveraging new technology and digital tools for business intelligence, is able to define and implement strategic improvement projects, who is focused on supporting and enabling our customers most critical missions and celebrates the science, aerospace, and being on the cutting edge of magic of flight!

What You Will Be Doing

The Project Manager will be focused in working with the Production Programs VP on strategic initiatives, special projects and preparation, planning and integration for critical visits, events and senior customer meetings. Assist in managing F-35 Production Programs Integration and Project Management including owning and maintaining the F-35 Production Program business rhythm; scorecard linked to strategic outcomes; front office communications; and various Action Officer duties.

Assists in operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between production programs program management and planning, project team and line management. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers.
Responsible as a project manager in the integration team focused Enterprise Performance Alignment in connectivity with the Aero Operating Model objectives. Assists in managing meeting rhythm and cadence across the F-35 Production Programs team to ensure performance to plan targets are met. Influence individual contributors, peers, and leaders across multiple functions to resource and support program strategic goals. The selected candidate will support the management system and business Rhythm across the production programs and integrating across the functions and business units on the F-35 program.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college

• Experience in Aeronautics, Defense, Operations, Manufacturing, Production, Contracts, Project Management, Business Management, or Project management.

• Project/Program Management Experience budget, cost, and schedule with contract oversight experience in Finance Management, Operations/Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Engineering in a company or organization.

• Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Scorecard Development and Execution experience.

• Organizational and People Leadership Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
