ERP IT Solution Architect - Military Veterans

Description:As an ERP Solution Architect, you will bring your SAP experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector to facilitate the development, implementation, and sustainment of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics' ERP application portfolio. You will provide support to multiple project teams by: Analyzing procurement, inventory management, receiving, and internal transportation business processes and procedures for improvement opportunity. Providing clearly defined supply chain management solutions involving configuration and development of the SAP application, as well as improving upon business processes. Performing capability gap analysis and system re-engineering of SAP activities which span the procurement, inventory management, maintenance repair and overhaul, packing, handling, storage, and transportation business processes. This role will be responsible for technical oversight supporting system design, development, configuration, and unit testing activities as well as operational readiness assessments for SAP project and capability implementations. This role will be required to author and/or edit functional specifications, architectural diagrams, and process flows. Prior experience in leading SAP enhancements, conversions, managing master data, developing reports, and supporting custom transactions will be highly valued. In addition, this role will be responsible for leading test scenario development, unit testing activities, integration testing activities, and providing training and capability adoption support to the end user community.

Basic Qualifications:
o Experience with SAP ECC modules including Sales and Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM)
o Experience authoring technical specifications and overseeing technical unit testing activities.
o Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize ERP capabilities.
o Experience facilitating data driven decisions.
o Prior significant experience in or knowledge of supply chain management and procurement ERP processes
Ability to apply project management skills and functional knowledge to meet operational business needs to increase revenue and reduce cost.
Desired Skills:
o Significant prior experience in supporting ERP applications in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
o Demonstrated performance as an ERP Solution Architect in the procurement, inventory management, maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO), and/or receiving and transportation functional areas
o Experience in or understanding of agile software development processes, specific familiarity of the SAFe agile framework strongly preferred.
o Overall understanding of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics’ procurement process from initial requirements through goods receipt
o Experience working with military customers facilitating change and learning activities.
Experience working with enterprise asset management (EAM) or enterprise warehouse management (EWM)

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $129,700 - $244,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $112,800 - $216,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
