Job Summary:
Responsible for providing general admin support to plant staff

Job Responsibilities:


  • Daily sales report and other reports for all Atlanta plants as needed

  • Takes care of office supplies for Gwaltney and Kennesaw

  • PO & invoice discrepancies for Gwaltney and Kennesaw

  • Runs employee engagement team

  • Organize plant activities

  • Assist Customer Service department with JDE PO changes

  • Provide reports per request to plant leaders and plant sisters

  • Works directly in supporting plant staff with administrative activities and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience within manufacturing environment

  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential, sensitive and private personal information.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high demand, dynamic working environment.

  • Adaptability and ability to pivot and shift focus on prioritizing multiple conflicting projects and deadlines.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
