Job Summary:
Responsible for providing general admin support to plant staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily sales report and other reports for all Atlanta plants as needed
- Takes care of office supplies for Gwaltney and Kennesaw
- PO & invoice discrepancies for Gwaltney and Kennesaw
- Runs employee engagement team
- Organize plant activities
- Assist Customer Service department with JDE PO changes
- Provide reports per request to plant leaders and plant sisters
- Works directly in supporting plant staff with administrative activities and projects.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of administrative experience within manufacturing environment
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential, sensitive and private personal information.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high demand, dynamic working environment.
- Adaptability and ability to pivot and shift focus on prioritizing multiple conflicting projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
