Product Marketing Strategy Formulation and Execution 产品营销策略制定与执行( 35% )
- Be responsible for formulating market strategies and action plans for the SWP (Surgical Workplace) product line (surgical lights, medical pendants, and surgical tables). Promote business growth in specific market segments through the value proposition of integrated solutions, increase market share, and achieve business growth targets.
- Be responsible for forecasting market trends, gaining insights into customer needs, and capturing competitive dynamics to proactively explore potential product marketing opportunities. Collaborate cross-departmentally with BA, com op, and sales teams to formulate and implement new product growth plans and business cases, increasing business volume and enhancing profit margins through value-based pricing.
- Manage relationships with key KOLs and collaborate with important associations to plan and implement innovative brand and third-party marketing projects, enhancing brand awareness and product recognition, increasing customer loyalty, and improving customer satisfaction.
Product Market Operation and Management 产品市场运营与管理 ( 35% )
- Manage the full lifecycle of the IC product line, coordinating with BA, com op, and sales teams to lead the development and growth of the IC product portfolio in the Chinese market.
- Lead the product marketing team in conducting qualitative and quantitative market analysis, such as macro policies, competitive landscape, market capacity, market segmentation, and customer needs, providing a solid foundation for the formulation of marketing strategies and plans.
- Lead the product marketing team in formulating and implementing growth plans for existing products (GPI) and new product launches (NPI), including product market introduction, pricing, channel layout, promotional tool creation, and market promotion activities.

- Upgrade the product marketing team's competencies in medical device marketing practices, driving a marketing-oriented transformation.
- Improve or enhance team performance in line with business development needs through MAP principles and situational leadership.
- Build a talent pipeline, developing and mentoring high-potential and high-performance employees.
Minimum Requirements 任职条件
- Bachelor's degree in medicine or clinical background, MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing medical devices and equipment products, with at least 3 years of experience in product marketing team management. Experience in MNC medical devices is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating room workflows, such as surgical procedures and patient positioning. Experience in marketing equipment products for hybrid operating rooms and specialized operating rooms is preferred. Experience of working as a surgeon and in teaching and training is also preferred.
- Possess a systematic and professional marketing framework, with deep insights and successful commercial practices in business model formulation, G2M (Go-to-Market), market segmentation and positioning, value proposition, and pricing strategy.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, and integrity, with the ability to build trust and cooperation with stakeholders through non-authoritative influence.
