Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Establishes and cultivates long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their current staffing trends, and future needs.
- Prioritizes leads generated to prospect and qualify facility clients.
- Negotiates contract terms (i.e. bill rates and other language and metrics) with client contacts and prepares new client contracts.
- Updates all internal collaborators in real time using placement statuses and tasks in order to deliver the most qualified candidates to the client on time.
- Identifies and pursues opportunities during client interactions to introduce new or different Physician and Leadership business solutions, and/or cross-sell solutions with other AMN divisions.
Key Skills
- Must possess a strong understanding of project management expectations
- Experience managing both clients and candidates throughout the search process
- Able to handle critical information and confidential situations on occasion
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and accomplish work in order of priority
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with people on all levels
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience in sales or account management
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$47,500 - $59,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
