Our Customer Success Operations Specialist will coordinate and work with Orkin’s field and sales operations as well as the customer’s food safety QA team. This individual will work to improve service quality and provide technical expertise where needed.

Responsibilities
You Will. . .
- Communicate and coordinate with Branch Managers, and Customers all inspection process
- Assist service, sales and customers in training and technology implementation
- Complete weekly reports: inspections, proposals, presentations, and any other required reports
- Completes other duties as directed
- Ability to obtain various certifications (AIB, Perdue, NPMA, NSF, ect.) and may require licenses or certifications
- Ability to professionally write QA Inspection Reports and conduct inspections either for initial sales or for on-going monitoring purposes
- Ability to give educational/training presentations to both internal and external groups
- Become familiar with Boss Mobile and the Orkin InSite system and able to provide support for implementation and training

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
BS in Biology or related, MS Entomology preferred
- 5-10 Years experience in the commercial pest control business with special emphasis on food retail, food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare facilities or other sensitive environments
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication, MS Office Skills
- Excellent organization skills and be very detail oriented
- Work independently or with a team to achieve organizational goals
