Chevron is accepting online applications for the Global Mobility Payroll Specialist position.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Accountable for day-to-day operations with the Global Payroll Teams, acting as lead liaison between these teams and Global Mobility for the expatriate payroll.
  
  


• Accountable for data integrity and detailed knowledge of the systems' (APro and Workday) functionalities and interfaces to process payroll efficiently and accurately.
  
  


• Responsible in running payrolls, handling payroll related inquiries and issues including researching and correcting variances.
  
  


• Responsible for developing and running basic payroll related reports in APro and Workday.
  
  


• Develop and administer trainings regarding payroll with relevant internal parties.
  
  


• Develop Pay, Tax Reconciliations and Batch Compensation Sheets, as needed.
  
  


• Participates in Global Mobility Payroll, Reporting and Analytics (EPRA) Team Projects, as assigned.
  
  


• Accountable for adhering to service level agreements and implementing improvements.
  
  


• Review payroll processes and implement improvements where required.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance or any related field.
  
  


• Possess background in payroll processing.
  
  


• Must have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
  


• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and independently set own work priorities with high attention to detail.
  
  


• Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and peers.
  
  


• Able to communicate clearly through verbal and written channels with various levels in the organization.
  
  


• Experienced with Windows based applications such as Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas), Word, Power Point and Outlook
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, and AssignmentPro (APro) systems or equivalent Global Mobility application is highly desired.
  
  


• At least 3 years of experience in international HR environment, specific to global policies and payroll processing.
  
  


• Exposure to SOX compliance is an advantage.
  
  

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:

Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
