Infosys is seeking STIBO MDM Lead Consultant with experience in Customer / Product domain. The position will primarily be responsible interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh / Charlotte NC or Richardson / Houston Texas or Indianapolis, IN or Harford, CT or Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 6 years of experience in MDM Development experience with a focus on STIBO MDM and Customer / Product implementation.
- At least 4 years of experience in STIBO MDM tools.
- At least 3 years of experience in data modelling principles and data integration techniques.
- At least 3 years of experience in data quality management and data governance practices within an MDM environment.
- At least 4 years of experience in data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation processes.
- Must be proficient on handling XML Inbound and Outbound in Talend. Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services will be an added advantage
- Experience with process around creating products using data pools and supplier Smartsheets.
- Ability to develop extension APIs for integrations, portals and imports
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot MDM-related issues.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification, identifying data mismatch, Data Import, and Data Export
- Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous
- Knowledge in ETL process from various source systems to Staging area, from staging to Data Marts and data load
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Food and retail domains and Master Data Management preferred
- Experience in Java technologies – J2EE framework and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, XML, Web 2.0, J2EE development toolset) would be preferred
