Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst based out of San Antonio, TX.



Position Responsibilities:



  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.

  • Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements.

  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.

  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.

  • Leads cross-functional process management activities.

  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.

  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs.



This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.



This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  



Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):



  • 5+ years of experience working in a Supply Chain and/or Procurement Role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong analytical skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and negotiations



Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):



  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with Data analysis tools/software

  • Proficiency utilizing Procurement Software.



Typical Education/Experience: 
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 



Summary pay range: $93,500 - $126,500

Qualifications


The successful candidate acts as a liaison between the center led supplier management contracting teams, functional program departments, suppliers and program leadership working a wide range of multi-faceted complex program risks, issues and opportunities utilizing current and, or through, the development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.


He/She will assist /support SM contracting teams leading, interfacing, and collaborating with cross functional program departments and supplier partners in developing and maintaining supplier contractual terms, conditions, special clauses, and key supplier agreements.  The position requires an individual with the knowledge and capability to process data for analysis and preparation of various modes of reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.


The successful candidate possesses strong communication skills aimed at planning, development and execution of program strategic initiatives, projects, and procurement activities.


The position calls for a highly self-motivated and forward-thinking individual to lead program self-assessment and to identify process improvements.  It will lead and support audits to identify and implement corrective action as well leading efforts to mitigate risk and resolve high risk issues in a collaborative team environment.
