Job Description MANAGER, HR TECHNOLOGY, Human Resources , with the Associate Director, HR Technology, identifies business-process and data needs for all areas in central HR and helps to create long-term strategies; supports other central HR leaders in the planning, development, implementation of business processes and end user training; manages day-to-day operations of the HR Technology team; leads a team of business systems analysts, data analysts, a software developer and IT administrators who support the functional business areas in the central HR department, as well as those across the Institute, in their reliance on HR data and systems. Works with the Vice President for Finance IT team to oversee the technology systems administration and security for local databases and application servers, establishing and updating operating procedures to maintain standards and ensure system stability. Maintains software licensing and property inventory for the Central HR department. Works closely with HR Analytics to support HR reporting needs, including ad-hoc and standard reports. Develops project plans and monitors progress of HR Technology initiatives. Oversees and approves HR testing plans with IS&T for upgrades and functional enhancements. Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in related field; minimum five years of relevant experience and five years of project management experience; business analysis concepts and processes; experience with most of the following: reporting tools, ERP systems, Software as a Service systems, and HR data; ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex collaborative environment with multiple and changing demands. PREFFERED: Experience with SAP or cloud ERP systems such as Workday or Oracle Cloud, reporting and data analytics, and experience working in higher education are preferred.
