This position offers a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus. Starting pay for this role averages $15.56 -$32.17+ an hour based on a Maintenance Assessment. (3rd shift offers a premium on top of base pay).

What You'll Do:
• Perform work in all areas of the foundry with minimal direction from a supervisor.
• Capability to follow the directives of the Work Instruction Manual.
• Enforce 100% compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform Predictive Maintenance and all Predictive Maintenance procedures.
• Document and report unsafe conditions, injuries, and illnesses to your supervision immediately.

What We Need From You:
• Program completion at a technical school is required and 5+ years of proven experience.
• Strong PLC and Electrical Training/Knowledge preferred
• Must have all the required tools to qualify for top rate.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Demonstrate equipment process knowledge and knowledge of plant/maintenance computer functions.
