The Summer Intern session is a 12-week , full-time ( 40 hours Monday-Friday ) program while the Co-op cohort s typically run 16-weeks in the Spring and Fall . In both program s, students are paid a competitive hourly rate. Continue reading to learn more about this exciting opportunity!

What you'll do

• Assist Symbotic's Electrical Engineering team with developing, documenting, testing, building, and debugging of the latest technologies used on our autonomous bots.
  

• Support the test teams where applicable.
  

• Work with cross functional teams to verify designs and resolve issues .
  

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.
  

• Experience with basic lab equipment (scopes, meters, power supplies).
  

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office suite.
  

• Familiar with engineering design tools (Orcad, Autocad or similar).
  

• Comfortable with presenting to peers, cross functional teams and senior team members.
  

• Up to 10% of travel may be required . Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  

• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
