Core Job Responsibilities:
Provide Sales teams with technical and sales presentation support to help grow product categories, successful customer integration and the utilization of established products. Support division sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales collection and device education support.
- Assist and prepare technical proposals on how Medline's products can meet customer needs and how they can be integrated and implemented with customer's systems and equipment.
- Call on potential and existing customers, GPO, and IDNs within assigned territory (both independently and in collaboration with other Medline sales representatives) to expand or retain sales of product lines.
- Analyze customer's device collection volume and product needs and incorporate staff education to increase collection compliance as appropriate.
- Gather data and information on customers and participate in developing presentations relative to program and device collection education.
- Conduct market research on new product ideas in order to develop product line expansion driving sales growth and device collection growth within existing market.
- Assist and prepare customer systems/equipment needs plan to Medline teams to assure complete plan is feasible within cost, time, and environment constraints.
Education
- Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
- At least 1 year sales or related experience. Basic skill level.
- Experience developing presentations to various audience levels.
Additional
- Willing to travel at least/up to 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
- The anticipated salary for this position is $66,560 annually. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable salary.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$61,360.00 - $85,800.00 Annual
This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
