This department is a key part of NOV Rig Technologies' Digital Products & Automation (DP&A) organization, which is dedicated to driving digital transformation in the energy industry.
About the Role
As the Manager of Drilling Automation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of this field. You will oversee a team of motivated software engineers and collaborate closely with other leaders within the DP&A team to develop innovative products and solutions focused on drilling and downhole processes. Your leadership will be essential in driving our mission of digital transformation within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities

- Travel as needed between Houston and Stavanger to engage with teams and stakeholders

- Strong communication skills in both English and Norwegian

Location
This position can be based in either Houston or Stavanger, with regular travel between the two locations.
