Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Senior IAM Product Analyst in Identity Services, you will play a critical role in supporting large, complex, and distributed Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems with a focus on initiatives. You will lead product expertise, design detailed product functionality, and identify and escalate significant project issues. Provide hands-on expertise to independently resolve service delivery or functionality issues with IAM products, frequently communicating with business partners, product users, and vendors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions align with business needs and industry best practices.
Major Responsibilities:
- Contributes to pilot preparation, rollouts, process documentation, & support of deployment changes
- Build strong relationships with IAM stakeholders to define IAM challenges and requirements.
- Be able to clearly articulate HCA Information Protection best practices.
- Utilize Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to organize cross-platform teams.
- Engagement with vendors as needed.
- Develops user documentation and manuals, training material, and/or job aids.
- Supports project teams by providing technical expertise and solution implementation for identity management integration needs.
- Participate in the day-to-day support and maintenance activities of assigned IAM products.
- Assist IAM Engineers with design specifications
- Write business specifications and provide detailed documentation of work
- Ensures solutions meet business user needs
- Assists lead team members in formulating system communication
- Thoroughly understand assigned IAM applications
- Authors analysis of product incidents
- Timely and accurate reporting of issues and status to leadership.
- Participates in an environment that encourages information sharing, team-based solutions, and cross-training to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Coordinates improvement efforts; follows up and follows through to ensure that operating changes result in expected improvements; reports on results of implemented improvements.
- Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems
- Two or more years in an analyst role
- FIve or more years in Identity and Access Management or Information Technology

- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Google Cloud Identity platforms
- Experience in core IAM technologies (federation, directory services, etc.).
